GLOBEX 11 ELEVEN COMPANY LIMITED is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the student portal. Contact: info@globex11eleven.com.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile details you add.
- Learning data: enrolments, lesson progress, quiz results, assignment submissions and feedback.
- Payment records: amount, status and provider reference. Card details are handled by the payment provider, never by us.
- Enquiries you send through the contact form.
- Basic technical data: IP address and device information, used for security and aggregated, cookieless analytics.
Why we use it
To provide your account and courses (contract), to process payments and keep records (legal obligation), to secure the platform (legitimate interest), and to send optional updates (consent, which you can withdraw).
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run the platform, such as hosting, database, video delivery, email delivery and payment processing, under appropriate agreements. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers store data outside Nigeria. We use providers with adequate safeguards as required by the NDPA.
